How I almost lost my job

90% of the initiatives I ran failed to deliver measurable results.

Shortly after the company President resigned, I was promoted.

I was now responsible for operational and financial performance.

My days were filled working down a to-do list of 75+ tasks on (3) legal pads.

I had yet to learn that 90% of these initiatives were focused on non-bottlenecks.

Yep.. 90% of the time we had been improving resources like A and B below.

These examples though were not the limiting our ability to ship and invoice product.
